    Here we go again!

“I looked him in the eye and said, ‘I feel like I should have a frequent flyer card or something.” The surgeon had come to the exam room for a follow-up appointment for January’s spine surgery (lumbar), and while he was with me, we scheduled my “surprise” second surgery. I…

    Joyous Truth

Everywhere we turn, there are subtle (and not-so-subtle) suggestions about who we should be. It’s easy to lose ourselves in the shuffle, to root our worth in how productive, popular, or…

    When Hearts Grow Weary

As I sit in the quiet today, reflecting on matters of the heart—both literal and spiritual—my thoughts return to moments that have shaped our family’s story. My husband became a heart patient at an early age, and now, years later, our daughter walks a similar path. Their journeys are daily…

What Else Can You Teach Us?

I remember my Bible study class ending with that same question, “What else can you teach us?” It stayed with me for months and inspired me to organize women’s Bible workshops. Have you ever wondered what else you can learn from the Bible? These workshops are a unique opportunity to…
