As I studied Romans 15:1-7, I noticed three essential words: instruction, endurance, and encouragement. These insights are for more than just the leadership team with whom I shared them on Tuesday or the ladies attending the workshop next Saturday. They are a message for everyone, including my dear friends who will join me on that day and myself.
Scripture is meant for all of us, but to teach, I must remain teachable and open to instruction. As we grow older, we understand the importance of endurance, and we all could use some encouragement. The Scriptures provide us with that.
Our day together is about knowledge and collectively exploring the depths of Bible interpretation. As we conclude this series, we will delve into the whole meaning of the passage. I am looking forward to a day of rich fellowship and mutual learning.
I have exciting news to share with you. I recently added a new page to my website, specifically designed to cater to your learning needs. I encourage you to explore it and even tour the entire site. I aim to provide you with a wealth of resources you can access during our sessions, enhancing your learning experience.
What was written in the past was written for our instruction so that we may have hope through endurance and encouragement from the Scriptures. Now, may God grant us endurance and encouragement so that we may live in harmony with one another, according to Christ Jesus, and glorify God with one mind and voice. Therefore, let us welcome one another, just as Christ has welcomed us, to the glory of God (Rom 15).
I encourage you to take some time to reflect on the message conveyed in Romans 15:1-7. Consider how you can apply the principles of instruction, endurance, and encouragement to your life and relationships with others. Also, feel free to explore the newly added page on the website mentioned, and take advantage of the resources provided to enhance your learning experience. Let us strive to live in harmony with one another, according to Christ Jesus, and glorify God with one mind and voice.
